"I purchased a new Honda for my wife this year at another dealership in CT which offered HORRIFIC customer service and we have vowed to never do business with them again. I initially contacted DP for parts and ended up having the initial service performed there. Very satisfied with the service we received and we will continue to utilize them for parts and service even though they are twice as far from our home as the other dealer. My only regret is that I did not purchase the bike there. "

"All the guys are helping me teach my son a great lesson. Besides the fact that my son, like me, has the 2 wheel bug, they answered his questions (he's 8) with clarity, honesty and a maturity that has benefited my son. They also are all in on the "deal" I have made with my son. He wants a Yamaha TTR110E; that's fine, except he has to earn half of the money. I secretly secured the bike back in November, but my boy has been saving his allowance, collecting cans and bottles and doing extra chores to earn his half. Now that his BD is fast approaching, we are going in to see Frank and see if a promissory note can be acquired if my son comes up a little short. Frank thinks I am teaching him a great lesson for later in life, but he also says I have made him suffer enough! Okay Frank, we're coming down soon, so have the loading ramps ready (and thanks for taking the time to be so solicitous and helpful to my son)!"
